How can I create a new account ?
Click login in the top menu then choose register and enter your email and new password.
How can I change my password ?
Under user avatar in the top right of the page click “Account Details” write current password and choose new password and rewrite it in password confirmation the click save changes.
How can I change my address ?
Under user avatar in the top right of the page click “Account Details” then choose “Addresses from right menu and edit your address.
Order/Shipping
Do you ship to my town ?
We ship all over Egypt.
Can I change the address after confirming my order ?
Unfortunately no. address cannot be modified after confirming.
When can I track my order ?
You can track your order when your order is on ‘fulfilled’ status.
How long will it take for my order to arrive ?
Up to 3~5 business days. If you have not received your order in the expected timeframe, please contact us and we will look into this for you.
